3 cwhite chocolate melting squares
1 cchopped toasted walnuts (i prefer pecans, or even pistachios for a more holiday color)
How to Make Chocolate Cranberry Bark
- Line cookie sheets with foil. In small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in nuts and craisins. Pour onto cookie sheets and spread to a 1/4" thickness. Refrigerate 30 min or until firm. Break bark into pieces. Store in covered container in fridge.
