chocolate covered peanut butter balls
Another favorite Christmas candy of my family. The recipe came from a good friend, Chestine Green Alexander.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
- 10 ounces chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped very fine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick paraffin wax
How To Make chocolate covered peanut butter balls

Step 1Combine sugar, margarine, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, peanut butter, and vanilla.

Step 2Mix well. Form into small balls and chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.

Step 3After chilling, dip balls in chocolate mixture made of melting the paraffin wax and chocolate pieces in a double boiler.

Step 4Keep mixture hot. Dip each ball in the chocolate mixture and place on wax paper.

Step 5Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
