Ingredients

1sleeve of saltine crackers (yes crackers)

2 csemi sweet chocolate chips

1 stickbutter, melted

1 cpacked brown sugar

1 cpretzel sticks, broken up

3/4 cmm's, peanut or plain , slightly crushed

1/4 cdried cranberries (could use raisns)
How to Make CHOCOLATE BRITTLE
- LINE A BAKING PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER OR TIN FOIL SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY. THEN PLACE SALTINE CRACKERS 5X7 IN PAN N SET ASIDE.
- PUT MELTED BUTTER IN LARGE BOWL AND ADD BROWN SUGAR MICROWAVE FOR 2 MINUTES ...AND STIRRING EVERY 20 SECONDS! KEEP UR EYE ON THIS STEP DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM MICROWAVE! WHILE DOING THIS PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
- TAKE SUGAR N BUTTER MIXTURE N POUR OVER CRACKERS EVENLY. (CAN SPREAD CAREFULLY WITH OFFSET SPATULA OR BACK OF SPOON)PUT PAN IN OVEN FOR MAYBE 5 MIN OR UNTIL SUGAR IS BUBBLY. COULD HAPPEN QUICKER SO STAY BY OVEN.
- REMOVE PAN FROM OVEN N SPRINKLE ON CHOCOLATE CHIPS ....PUT PAN IN OVEN THAT IS OFF BUT STILL WARM TO MELT CHIPS MAYB 3 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN N SPREAD SMOOTH WITH OFFSET SPATULA OR BACK OF SPOON.
- NEXT SPRINKLE BROKEN PRETZELS THEN SLIGHTLY CRUSHED MM'S AND LAST DRIED CRANBERRIES (OR RAISINS). PRESS LIGHTLY WITH PALM OF HAND TO SECURE PIECES INTO CHOCOLATE. THEN PLACE PAN IN REFRIGERATOR (OR FREEZER IF U CANT WAIT)! ONCE TOPPING IS HARD (ABOUT AN HOUR IN FRIDGE) BREAK UP INTO PIECES N STORE IN COVERED CONTAINER....IF ANY IS LEFT N ENJOY!
