Addictive if you are a chocolate lover. You might have to make a double batch

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pecans
  • 2 pounds confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 - squares bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 - block cooking paraffin

How To Make chocolate bombs (sallye)

  • Step 1
    Place first four ingredients into bowl and mix well Roll by tablespoons into firm balls and place on parchment paper Allow to dry
  • Step 2
    Melt chocolate squares and paraffin together Note: you can do this in the microwave in a mixing bowl but don't overheat.
  • Step 3
    Roll candied balls in the chocolate/paraffin mix and place on parchment or waxed paper Allow to set up (dry) Store in airtight container with parchment paper between layers
