Ingredients

14 ounces caramels (i like brach's baking caramels, they're not wrapped and they melt quicker!)
3 tablespoons water
1 cup rice krispies cereal
1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
1 package chocolate bark coating

How To Make chocolate billionaires

Step 1

Line 2 baking sheets with waxed or parchment paper, spray lightly with cooking oil.

Step 2

In a large saucepan, combine water and caramels. Cook and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and pecans. Drop by spoonsful onto prepared baking sheets. Freeze for 15 mins.
Step 3

Melt chocolate bark in double boiler or microwave. Dip candy in chocolate, refrigerate until set.
