This is an addicting EASY brittle...I usually hand it out as gift for the office holiday party and I'm always getting requests so I thought this would be an easy way to share. Enjoy!

Ingredients

How to Make Chex Brittle

Step-by-Step

  1. in a microwave safe bowl, melt the Chips
  2. combine the other ingredients in a large bowl
  3. when the chips are melted fully, pour them over mixture and then spread out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment/wax paper. Don't make it too thick or it will be difficult to break up (and eat)
  4. Allow to cool completely. Once brittle is cooled, break into chunks and serve!
