I have made these both ways and they are both good. The ingredients are a little different but they taste the same. So you choose.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 can evaporated milk, small can
12 ounces cherry chips
10 ounces peanuts, salted and without skins,crushed
12 ounces chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter, creamy

How To Make cherry mash candy bars

Step 1

Boil sugar, marshmallow cream and milk for 5 minutes; Stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add cherry chips. Stir until melted. Pour into heavily buttered 13x9 pan. let stand until firm. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Add nuts. Mix well and spread over cherry layer. Let set until firm. cut into squares.
