Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 cups ( 18 oz ) semsweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed pepermint candy canes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make candy cane fudge

Step 1Line a 8" baking pan with foil, extending edges over the side of pan.

Step 2Bring cream and corn syrup to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat . Stir in chocolate .Cook until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.

Step 3Stir in powdered sugar, candy cane and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Spread mixture into the corners, refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

Step 4Lift fudge out of pan , using foil, Cut into 1 " squares. Store in airtight container.
