Ingredients For candy cane fudge

  • 1/2 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    light corn syrup
  • 3 c
    ( 18 oz ) semsweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    crushed pepermint candy canes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make candy cane fudge

  • 1
    Line a 8" baking pan with foil, extending edges over the side of pan.

    Bring cream and corn syrup to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat . Stir in chocolate .Cook until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.

    Stir in powdered sugar, candy cane and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Spread mixture into the corners, refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

    Lift fudge out of pan , using foil, Cut into 1 " squares. Store in airtight container.
