What bette way to start the holiday season , than with a great candy came fudge... This has just a hint of candy cane in it and it brings out the flavor of the fudge. What goes better than chocolate and mint..

Ingredients For candy cane fudge

1/2 cwhipping cream

1/2 clight corn syrup
-
3 c( 18 oz ) semsweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 ccrushed pepermint candy canes

1 1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make candy cane fudge

1Line a 8" baking pan with foil, extending edges over the side of pan.

2Bring cream and corn syrup to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat . Stir in chocolate .Cook until chocolate is melted, stirring constantly.

3Stir in powdered sugar, candy cane and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Spread mixture into the corners, refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

4Lift fudge out of pan , using foil, Cut into 1 " squares. Store in airtight container.
