Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 pound light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped nuts
How To Make butterscotch nuggets (sallye)

Step 1Grease and flour two 9" square baking dishes Set aside Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2Melt butter in sauce pan and add sugar, stirring just until sugar is incorporated Cool slightly

Step 3Add eggs to butter mixture, mixing well with wooden spoon Stir in flour, vanilla and nuts

Step 4Spread mixture evenly in bottom of greased and floured dishes (to about 1/3" depth) Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes Remove from oven, cool and cut into squares
