The first time I ate these candies, Torchie Spann brought them to a Christmas party at church. I could not believe they were so easy to make because they were so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages butterscotch chips
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup cocktail peanuts

How To Make butterscotch crunchies

  • Step 1
    Melt the morsels in the top of a double boiler.
  • Step 2
    Stir in noodles and peanuts.
  • Step 3
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
