i usually double the recipe because i have to divide them with so many people, they love them,, well i do too

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 package chocolate bark candy coating, melted

How To Make kat's buckeyes

  • Step 1
    In a large mix first 4 ingredients together and roll onto 1 inch balls, place on wax paper lined cookie sheet, stick a tooth pick in top of each one, chill about 15 minutes in fridge or 6 in freezer,melt your chocolate per package directions, dip each one into chocolate leaving a portion on top uncovered, place back on cookie sheet and let choc set.
  • Step 2
    I MAKE MINE IN BATCHES SO I CAN REUSE THE TOOTHPICKS AND THE CHOCOLATE DOESN'T GET HARD IN THE BOWL TO QUICK. IF YOU ARE MAKING THESE FOR A LARGE GROUP, MAKE THEM A LITTLE SMALLER YOU WILL GET MORE
