Don't be afraid to use the paraffin wax. It does really well in melted chocolate. It doesn't change the taste. It will help the chocolate go farther, provide a glossy look when the chocolate hardens, and help the chocolate harden up better.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 - stick unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 - 12 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/8 - one bar of paraffin wax
How To Make buckeyes

Step 1Place wax paper onto cookie sheets and set aside.

Step 2Cream peanut butter and butter together. Add sugar a little at a time. Make sure to mix well. Mixture should not be too sticky. Roll mixture into 1" balls.

Step 3Melt chocolate and wax together in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate. Leave a small portion of the ball uncoated. Use a toothpick to remove ball from chocolate. Let cool on wax paper. Store in cool place.
