Don't shy away from the paraffin wax. It will not hurt you and it will not make your chocolate taste waxy. It will give your chocolate the shiny look when it cools and it help the chocolate set a little harder.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter (1/4 c.)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 bag 12 oz. bag semisweet choclate chips
- 1/8 - bar of paraffin wax
How To Make buckeyes

Step 1Place wax paper onto cookie sheets and set aside.

Step 2Cream peanut butter and butter together. Add sugar a little at a time. Make sure to mix well. Mixture should not be too sticky.

Step 3Roll mixture into 1" balls.

Step 4Melt chocolate and wax together in a double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate. Leave a small portion of the ball uncoated. Use toothpick to remove ball from chocolate.

Step 5Let cool on wax paper. Store in a cool place
