I have been looking in my recipe box and have been surprised to find many many good recipes that I haven't made, you know you get a new recipe and that takes the place of an older one and so on. Well I'm so glad I found this site because I am able to reconnect with these older jewels we call recipes. And this one and the next one I post are winners I promise

Ingredients
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup, light
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafers crushed
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
How To Make bourbon balls

Step 1In sauce pan over medium heat melt chips then stir in syrup, blend in the bourbon; add crushed wafers and nuts.

Step 2Make balls either with a cookie scoop or your hands then roll in powder sugar.

Step 3Store in a air tight container, longer they store the better they get.
