Ingredients

  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    chunchy peanutbutter or creamy
  • 1 c
    almonds, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg
    almond bark or 12 oz. baking chips
  • 1/4
    stick of parafin

How to Make Bon bons

Step-by-Step

  1. In a double boiler melt choc. chips and parafin on low heat. Mix well. Keep worm.
  2. In a big bowl mix powder sugar, butter, peanutbutter and nuts. Mix well. If to soft add 1/2 cup more powder sugar.
  3. Roll into bite size balls. Place on wax paper and chill 40 min. OR till cilled thrue.
  4. Use a tooth pick in the ball to dip into the melted choc. mix. Place back on wax paper to set up.
  5. You may keep in a cool room or in the fridge.
