Really good at a baby shower.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups chunchy peanutbutter or creamy
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package almond bark or 12 oz. baking chips
  • 1/4 - stick of parafin

How To Make bon bons

  • Step 1
    In a double boiler melt choc. chips and parafin on low heat. Mix well. Keep worm.
  • Step 2
    In a big bowl mix powder sugar, butter, peanutbutter and nuts. Mix well. If to soft add 1/2 cup more powder sugar.
  • Step 3
    Roll into bite size balls. Place on wax paper and chill 40 min. OR till cilled thrue.
  • Step 4
    Use a tooth pick in the ball to dip into the melted choc. mix. Place back on wax paper to set up.
  • Step 5
    You may keep in a cool room or in the fridge.
