betty's festive fruit and nut slice with chocolate
No Image
A caramely, fruit and nut slice topped with melted dark chocolate - a fabulous Christmas gift. I've been making this for the past 4 years as presents (teachers and friends). It takes less than an hour from start to finish. I usually make about 4 at a time and can be made a few days in advance, so it's perfect for the festive season!
