Ingredients

1/3 c
honey
1/4 c
maple syrup
1/3 c
canola oil
2 Tbsp
water
1/2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
salt
4 c
oats
1/4 c
sesame seeds
1/2 c
sunflower seeds
3/4 c
nuts, your choice
3/4 c
coconut, shredded-optional
1/2-1 c
raisins, i use 1 cup since i like them
1/2 c
other dried fruit

How to Make Aunt Mel's Granola

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together honey, syrup, oil, water, vanilla, salt, & cinnamon
  • 2In a large bowl combine oats, seeds, & nuts
  • 3Bake on jelly roll pans in a 350 degree oven till golden brown.
  • 4After done cooking add coconut, raisins, & dried fruit. Cool completely & stir with a fork
