Ingredients

  • 7 oz
    marshmallow cream
  • 2-1/2 c
    white chocolate morsels
  • 3/4 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    (0.10 oz) duncan hines oink lemonade frosting

How to Make Another Pink Lemonade Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Line a 9inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add marshmallow creme with white chocolate morsels (not melted). Set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, heavy cream and salt. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat. Whisk in the pink lemonade packet. Pour hot mixture into mixing bowl.
  5. Using an electric mixer (or stand mixer) whisk the ingredients together until creamy and chocolate is melted.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Refrigerate and allow to set about 2 hours.
  7. Remove fudge from pan with the parchment paper. Trim the edges and cut fudge into inch pieces.
