This are so quick and easy, plus kid-friendly on all areas of prep, and SO yummy! Can't beat the combination of strawberry and white chocolate! While we make ours for 4th of July, they could easily be adapted for Christmas with green sugar or any holiday really!

yield Makes full 16oz container strawberries

Ingredients

16 ounces ripe strawberries, cleaned and dried
1 package white chocolate chips
- blue sugar

How To Make 4th of july white chocolate strawberries

Step 1

Melt a little more than 1/2 the bag of white chocolate. Dip strawberries 2/3 (or more) in the chocolate to coat. Lay on wax paper lined tray to set.

Step 2

Melt remaining white chocolate chips. Dip lower 1/3 of strawberry in melted chocolate and dip in or sprinkle on blue sugar. Lay on wax paper lined tray to set. Serve room temp or chilled.. your preference!
