Be very careful this stuff is addictive. Everyone who eats it comes back for more, I only make it to give away because we can eat the full pan every time.

Ingredients

1 bag 12 oz semi sweet choc chips
1 bag 12 oz butter scotch chips
1 cup peanut butter, i use skippy creamy
1 cup cashews crushed (i put them in a zip-lock and use a rolling pin)
1 bag 10 oz bag mini marshmallows

How To Make 3 bags and 2 cups rocky road

Step 1

Melt first 3 ingredients in a pan on low heat.

Step 2

Once melted (like a choc syurp) stir in the last 2 ingredients 1 C Cashews Crushed (I put them in a zip-lock and use a rolling pin) 10 oz Bag Mini Marshmallows
Step 3

Spread in a 13 x 9 pan and cool in the frig then cut in squares and serve.
