Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- SOUR CREAM FROSTING
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
How To Make zucchini cake

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients. Beat sugar, eggs and shortening. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix well.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees 13 x 9 pan 30 – 35 minutes, until toothpick comes up clean. Let Cool

Step 3Mix all frosting ingredients at low speed until mixed. Increase to high 1 minute or until fluffy. Frost and enjoy
