Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
1-1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups shredded zuchinni
2 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2-1 cup chopped nuts of choice (optional)

How To Make zucchini cake

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2

Add remaining ingredients & stir well.
Step 3

Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
Step 4

Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes.
Step 5

Optional: Frost with cream cheese frosting.
