Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (i used freshly ground)
- 1-1 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups shredded zuchinni
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/2-1 cup chopped nuts of choice (optional)
How To Make zucchini cake

Step 1Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients & stir well.

Step 3Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.

Step 4Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes.
