  • 3
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    (1 stick) butter
  • 1 c
    plain yogurt
  • 1 1/4 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 3 slice
    oz (3 squares) unsweetened baking chocolate

  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    plain yogurt

How to Make Yogurt Brownies


  1. Grease 8" square baking pan, set aside.
    Heat oven to 350*
    Melt chocolate squares and add all ingredients to mixing bowl until mixed thoroughly
    Pour into greased baking pan and bake at 350* for 35 minutes until toothpick inserted in cente comes out clean
  2. for frosting melt chocolate chips and yogurt just until creamy, pour over brownies. Let cool completely, cut and serve
    NOTE- You do not have to use plain yogurt, these would be wonderful with other flavors as well!!
