How to Make Yellow Chiffon Cake
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
- Beat the egg whites until very frothy. Slowly add 1/2 c. sugar and beat until stiff.
- In a new bowl add all dry ingredients. Combine. Add butter, 1/2 c. milk and vanilla. Beat for 1 min. Add the remainder of the milk and 3 egg yolks. Beat an additional minute.
