I tried to experiment with flavors and came up with this one. It's really good with carrot cake!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh gated orange rind
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

How To Make white buttercream frosting

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, cream butter at medium speed with mixer.
  • Step 2
    Slowly add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy and light.
  • Step 3
    Add milk, orange rind, and all 3 extracts. Beat well.
  • Step 4
    Frost one 9-inch cooled cake and enjoy!
