I tried to experiment with flavors and came up with this one. It's really good with carrot cake!

  • 1/4 c
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    orange extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh gated orange rind
  • 1/4 tsp
    almond extract

How to Make White Buttercream Frosting


  1. In a medium bowl, cream butter at medium speed with mixer.
  2. Slowly add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy and light.
  3. Add milk, orange rind, and all 3 extracts. Beat well.
  4. Frost one 9-inch cooled cake and enjoy!
