    thick cream
  • 2
    eggs, separated
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make WHIPPED CREAM CAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Whip heavy cream until thick. Add egg yolks and continue to beat until foamy. Add sugar gradually, add vanilla and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with stiffly beaten egg whites to first mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
