Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick cream
  • 2 - eggs, separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make whipped cream cake

  • Step 1
    Whip heavy cream until thick. Add egg yolks and continue to beat until foamy. Add sugar gradually, add vanilla and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with stiffly beaten egg whites to first mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
