Ingredients
- 1 cup thick cream
- 2 - eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make whipped cream cake

Step 1Whip heavy cream until thick. Add egg yolks and continue to beat until foamy. Add sugar gradually, add vanilla and beat well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add alternately with stiffly beaten egg whites to first mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 1 hour. Makes 4-6 servings.
