How to Make "Wedding" Cake Frosting
- Blend all ingredients at low speed on mixer till well blended and easy to work with. (Min. 10 minutes for it not to taste "greasy". Water can be added a tablespoon at a time if it's too thick to spread or pipe.)
You can also add flavorings to the frosting. For this amount, I would start with 1/4 tsp then add more if needed.
- Spread on the cake after the cake is completely cooled.
This is enough frosting for 1 - 2 layer cake or 1 sheet cake.
