waiole tea room banana cake
When I found this recipe back 12 years ago I was happy BUT when I tried it out I was very pleased that it was easy to follow & it had easy ingredients as well. On top of that this recipe came from an old restaurant that had since then closed their doors back in the 80's but I'm so thankful that I found it & since then it has became a family & friends favorite!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups banana, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 tablespoons buttermilk
How To Make waiole tea room banana cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Cream sugar, butter, & eggs. Mix in flour, baking powder & salt. Add in mix bananas, vanilla, baking soda, & buttermilk until well blended. Bake 30-35 minutes in greased & floured cake pan.

Step 2**NOTE: This batch is for a 13x9x2" pan you will have to half recipe if you an 8 inch pan size.
