wacky cake
This recipe is from a friend's website, Brown Eyed Baker, and uses no eggs, butter, or milk. This is an easy and excellent chocolate cake and no frosting is really needed. it is that good.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- frosting of your choice, if desired
How To Make wacky cake

Step 1Preheat your oven to 180° C (350° F), get out an 8x8 inch Pyrex or ceramic baking pan, do not use a metal pan for this.

Step 2To the baking pan, add the first 5 ingredients.

Step 3Mix together with a fork. The reason of using a fork is it acts like a whisk.

Step 4Make 3 indentions in the flour mixture. To each one, add the vinegar, vanilla, and oil.

Step 5Pour the 1 cup of water over that.

Step 6Then mix everything together with fork until mixed and no dry ingredients are visible.

Step 7Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8Once cooled, frost if desired with your choice of frosting, or enjoy without.

Step 9Cut into 9 squares, serve and enjoy. Excellent cake even without the frosting.
