- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup buttermilk
How To Make vi's black oil cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except boiling water, and mix well.
