This vanilla sugar adds extra great flavour to your coffee and baking.
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 cups of granulated sugar
How to Make Vanilla Sugar
- 1If vanilla bean is whole, slice down side of bean with the back of the knife and scrape seeds into an airtight container with the sugar.
- 2Bury bean and seeds in sugar and seal tightly with a lid.
- 3Let sit for one to two weeks.
- 4Use as regular granulated sugar in coffee and baking etc..
