How to Make Vanilla Protein Cheesecake w/ Flax Berry Crust


  • 1Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients for the pie filling in a medium bowl.
  • 2Mix berry flax crust ingredients together in a separate bowl, (first puree the berries)and place on bottom of spring form pan patiently pressing the mixture until the entire bottom is covered evenly.
  • 3Pour pie filling on top of pie crust in the pan, place in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
