- PIE FILLING
- 4 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 3 cups fat free cottage cheese
- 1 cup chobani plain non fat yogurt
- 1 cup sugar alcohol
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 2 - large eggs
- 4 scoops natural vanilla whey-to-go protein
- BERRY FLAX CRUST
- 1 cup flax meal
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
How To Make vanilla protein cheesecake w/ flax berry crust

Step 1Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients for the pie filling in a medium bowl.

Step 2Mix berry flax crust ingredients together in a separate bowl, (first puree the berries)and place on bottom of spring form pan patiently pressing the mixture until the entire bottom is covered evenly.

Step 3Pour pie filling on top of pie crust in the pan, place in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes.
