How to Make Vanilla Frosted Banana Cake
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- Pour into greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Frost when completely cool.
