vanilla crazy cake
If you want a moist, easy, not too sweet snack cake, this is the cake for you. Mixed in the pan you bake it in, so not a lot of dirty dishes. Not the prettiest cake I ever made, but was still wonderful. I used white and milk chocolate chips for the top, and swirled. That is all this simple cake needed. Enjoy! My photo's

Ingredients
- 1 - 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 - 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 - 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips, - i used 1/4 cup white choc chips and 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
How To Make vanilla crazy cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2In an 8-inch square baking pan combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, whisk together egg and vanilla. Make 2 small wells in the flour mixture; pour oil in one and egg and vanilla mixture in other. Add milk; stir until well mixed. Stir in pecans.

Step 3Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle chocolate chips on warm cake. Let stand 2 minutes then swirl melted chips slightly.
