1Two quarts of berries, soak in 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and cup of vanilla cola. Set aside.
2Next 2 quarts of berries plus one cup of vanilla cola in a sauce pan, heat to boiling on high, reduce heat to med and let cook down till jelly consistencey, stirring every few minutes. Aprox. 25min. set aside to cool.
3Cream cheese mix.
1 Block cream cheese whipped with hand mixer with 1 tablespoon jelly made and one teaspoon vanilla.
Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
4Time to build.........
Lay cake on bottom, spread with jellied fruit, place on top 1tablespoon cream cheese mix, top with fresh soaked berries and juice. Top with our favorite canned whipped topping and berries with more juice.
