1/2 c
12 oz
white chocolate baking squares, or 12 oz white chocolate baking chips
1 1/4 c
all purpose flour
3/4 c
granulated sugar
1 c
chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp
vanilla bean paste, ( you can use vanilla extract)
1/4 tsp
3 medium


1 1/2 c
sifted powdered sugar
3 Tbsp
soft butter
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1-2 Tbsp
warm milk

How to Make Vanilla Brownies


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and flour one 13x9 inch pan, ( I use Pam with flour)
  • 2Heat butter and white chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently just until melted. ( mixture may look curdled)Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes
  • 3with a large spoon stir in the rest of the ingredients until well blended
  • 4Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely
  • 5In a medium bowl mix all glaze ingredient until smooth and spreadable. spread glaze over the cooled brownies.
