Ingredients
- BROWNIES
- 1/2 cup butter
- 12 ounces white chocolate baking squares, or 12 oz white chocolate baking chips
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, ( you can use vanilla extract)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 medium eggs
- GLAZE
- 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoon warm milk
How To Make vanilla brownies

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one 13x9 inch pan, ( I use Pam with flour)

Step 2Heat butter and white chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently just until melted. ( mixture may look curdled)Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes

Step 3with a large spoon stir in the rest of the ingredients until well blended

Step 4Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely

Step 5In a medium bowl mix all glaze ingredient until smooth and spreadable. spread glaze over the cooled brownies.
