I love anything vanilla!! and these are wonderful. Like a fat chewy sugar cookie.

  • 1/2 c
  • 12 oz
    white chocolate baking squares, or 12 oz white chocolate baking chips
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla bean paste, ( you can use vanilla extract)
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 3 medium

  • 1 1/2 c
    sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    soft butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    warm milk

How to Make Vanilla Brownies


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and flour one 13x9 inch pan, ( I use Pam with flour)
  2. Heat butter and white chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently just until melted. ( mixture may look curdled)Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes
  3. with a large spoon stir in the rest of the ingredients until well blended
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely
  5. In a medium bowl mix all glaze ingredient until smooth and spreadable. spread glaze over the cooled brownies.
