Ingredients

BROWNIES

1/2 cbutter
-
12 ozwhite chocolate baking squares, or 12 oz white chocolate baking chips
-
1 1/4 call purpose flour
-
3/4 cgranulated sugar
-
1 cchopped nuts (optional)
-
1 tspvanilla bean paste, ( you can use vanilla extract)

1/4 tspsalt
-
3 mediumeggs
-
GLAZE
-
1 1/2 csifted powdered sugar
-
3 Tbspsoft butter
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1-2 Tbspwarm milk
How to Make Vanilla Brownies
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour one 13x9 inch pan, ( I use Pam with flour) - Heat butter and white chocolate over low heat, stirring frequently just until melted. ( mixture may look curdled)Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes
- with a large spoon stir in the rest of the ingredients until well blended
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool completely
- In a medium bowl mix all glaze ingredient until smooth and spreadable. spread glaze over the cooled brownies.
