- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small box coconut cream instant pudding
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, drained (save juice) and dry pineapple good
- 2 cups angel flake coconut
- 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 tablespoon coconut flavoring
- FROSTING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened well
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened well
- 1 tablespoon evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice (from above)
- 16 ounces box powdered sugar, sifted of all lumps
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut flavoring

Step 1READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE CAKE, PLEASE.

Step 2IN A LARGE BOWL, SIFT THE CAKE MIX AND PUDDING MIXES TOGETHER 3 TIMES TO INSURE THERE ARE NO LUMPS.

Step 3ADD MILK, EGGS, OIL AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY.

Step 4STIR IN PINEAPPLE, FLAVORINGS AND COCONUT. MIX WELL. SPOON INTO 3 GREASED AND FLOURED 9" CAKE PANS. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.

Step 5WHILE LAYERS ARE WARM, NOT HOT, REMOVE FROM PANS AND POKE HOLES IN TOP. SPOON GENEROUS AMOUNTS OF PINEAPPLE JUICE OVER EACH LAYER.

Step 6MIX ICING INGREDIENTS IN ORDER LISTED AND SPREAD BETWEEN LAYERS, TOP AND SIDE OF CAKE. SPRINKLE TOP AND SIDES WITH COCONUT.
