Two Ingredient Orange Cake
This is a great and quick recipe....the fruit goes to the bottom...so when you serve it treat it like an upside down cake and serve it with the fruit on top with whipped cream or ice cream..
Note: if you use fresh fruit diced up, be sure to use 3/4 cup of some juice too.
- 1 box
- angel food cake mix,use dry
- 15 oz
- can mandarin orange slices,cut up
How to Make Two Ingredient Orange Cake
- 2Empty the cake mix into a medium glass bowl.
Next empty the cut up orange pieces and all the juice in with the dry cake mix(it will foam a bit-that's good). Stir with a spatula to get all the cake mix incorporated;Scooping from bottom to top: if desired add 1 teaspoon of your favorite extract(I used rum extract)
