This is an old favourite recipe. I can't believe I haven't already posted it over here. I hope that you will enjoy this creamy cheesecake that is not overly sweet. Equally lovely served plain or with fresh fruit, berries or whipped cream. Please note: The cookie crumbs can easily be changed in this recipe to accommodate personal taste preferences.

Ingredients For triple citrus cheesecake

  • COOKIE CRUST
  • 1 1/4 c
    oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • CAKE BATTER
  • 24 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 3 lg
    eggs

How To Make triple citrus cheesecake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    To make the crust, combine the cookie crumbs and the melted butter in a bowl and mix, making sure it is well blended. Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of an non greased 9-inch spring form pan.

    To make the cake, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and almond extracts in a large bowl on medium speed until well blended, creamy and smooth.

    Add the juices and fruit zests and mix really well.

    Add your eggs, one at a time, just until blended and then pour over the prepared crust.

    Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 - 50 minutes, or until the centre is almost set. Cool completely, then place in fridge overnight.

    When ready to serve, garnish with fresh berries and whip cream or your choice of fresh fruit.
