topsy turvy cupcakes
This is my favorite cupcake recipes. I don't frost them, but you can if you like. I have found that the foil cupcake liners work best without the paper liners in them.

Ingredients
- CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- CUPCAKE MIXTURE
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups flour (plus 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
How To Make topsy turvy cupcakes

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cream Cheese Mixture Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Step 3Cupcake Mixture Mix liquid ingredients in large bowl. Add dry ingredients in order shown to the liquid mixture. Mix well.

Step 4Fill cupcake liner 1/2 full of cupcake mixture. Top with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
