too easy pineapple angel food cake
I found this recipe on Pinterest years ago, and it has become one of my husband's favorite treats. He prefers to warm the cake in the microwave each time he has a slice, so I don't put the topping on it right away, unless I'm taking it to a potluck. We just cut each slice and serve with Redi-Whip, Cool Whip, or ice cream as needed!

- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice (20 oz.)
- - whipped topping
How To Make too easy pineapple angel food cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Pour cake mix into medium sized mixing bowl.

Step 3Add can of crushed pineapple.

Step 4Stir together. It will start to foam and fizz a bit, which is kind of cool.

Step 5Pour batter into 13 X 9 in. baking dish.

Step 6Place dish in oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until cake is golden brown and done.

Step 7Allow to cool completely. Cover with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
