Sandy has wanted a recipe for this for as long as I can remember, so when I pulled it out of Grandma's things she was thrilled. And, as usual, we can't tell the rest of the family that it has soup in it, or they won't try it! We wait until after they eat it to tell them! This is from a Campbells Soup pamphlet that was my Grandma's, from 1977.

Ingredients For tomato spice cake mix

1 pkg(2 layer) spice cake mix

10 3/4 ozcondensed tomato soup

1/2 cwater

2eggs
How To Make tomato spice cake mix

1Mix above ingredients only to make the cake mix (do not put the ingredients the cake mix calls for, just what is listed above). If desired, can add 1 c chopped nuts, originally called for walnuts.

2Bake to package directions for whichever pans you choose to use. Frost with your favorite white frosting.
