Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 can
    tomato soup
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 can
    raisins
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    soda dissolved in a little warm water
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make

  • 1
    Combine butter and sugar. Add tomato soup and soda. Stir flour, baking powder and spices together and add above mixture. Add raisins and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a greased and floured pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Makes 6-8 servings.
