Yummy for all you chocoholics out there. You can pick any fudge cream oreo you want to use for this chewy crunchy chocolate delight. Once it is baked there will be a little oil from the peanut butter, but it is well worth the treat after they are cooled and you bite into these chewy scrumptous brownies. You have peanut butter on the top, peanut butter in the middle along with the vanilla cream and the cookie. A true treat that will amaze the chocolate and brownie lovers in us all.

Ingredients

  • 48 - oreo fudge creams
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 packages favorite brownie mixed according to directions
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

How To Make there's an oreo cookie in my brownie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Insert cupcakes liners in the tins and drop a teaspoon full of brownie mix into the liner. Take two of the fudge cream oreo's and put a layer of peanut butter between then and put them into the liner with the brownie mix. Do this for all 24 liners.
  • Step 3
    spread the top of the oreo that is exposed with peanut butter and add enough brownie mix to cover the oreo's.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely and remove cupcake liners because once the brownie gets cooled it will stick to the paper. Melt vanilla chips and a 3TBS of peanut butter. Stir after melting so that it is well combined and drizzle over the top of the brownie.
