The Perfect Pancake

I like pancakes. I like them with actual flavor and nice and fluffy and moist. These certainly do that. With a little fruit on top and your favorite maple or fruit syrup, this is a wonderful weekend breakfast.

1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
1 large
egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c
((12oz) vanilla greek yogurt (i like chobani)
3/4 c
milk, 1%
vegetable oil cooking spray
maple syrup and mixed berries

How to Make The Perfect Pancake


  • 1Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, yogurt and milk together. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • 2Heat skillet over medium high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray. For each pancake, scoop 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. Flip when bubbles appear on top and cook until golden brown, about 1 minute. Serve with syrup and berries.
