CAKE: Put flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. bring the margarine to a boil with cocoa and water. Pour into a well of the floured mixture. Add eggs, soda and sour cream. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min. Remove from oven and ice immediately with Frosting...

Frosting/Icing: Heat all ingredients but do not boil. Add powdered sugar to stiff consistency. Pour over hot cake.
