Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb cut into 1/2 in pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca
- TOPPING
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats (oatmeal)
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup butter

Step 1Preheat to 350.

Step 2In a bowl, combine rhubarb, berries, sugar, lemon juice and tapioca and transfer to a 8x8 lightly sprayed baking dish or non stick baking dish.

Step 3Combine flour, oats, nuts, brown sugar and spices in a bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender. Sprinkle on fruit and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or golden and bubbly.
