Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 to1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
How To Make sweet potato bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large bowl combine flour, , nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3In a small bowl combine the eggs, sweet potatoes, oil and water. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.

Step 4Spoon into a greased and floured 9 by 5 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle vanilla sugar over the loaf.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 6Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
