I got this recipe from my cousin at a holiday party last year. My boyfriend couldn't stop eating them and made me get the recipe. Sweet and delicious:)

Ingredients For sweet cream cheese bars

  • 2
    sheets of pillsbury crescent recipe creations
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1
    block of cream cheese, 8oz softened
  • 1 tsp
    maple extract (you can also use vanilla)
  • butter, melted
  • cinnamon, mixed with sugar
  • maple syrup (you can also use honey)

How To Make sweet cream cheese bars

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

    Blend cream cheese, sugar, and maple extract until smooth.

    In a 9x13 dish, lay out one crescent recipe creation on the bottom of dish. Pour cream cheese mixture on top recipe creation to cover evenly. Top the cream cheese mixture with the other recipe creation sheet.

    Brush melted butter on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and drizzle with syrup. Bake for about 20 min. Mmmmm!
