super moist zucchini chocolate chip cake / bread!
I am in love with this! I can not wait till zucchini season ever year! I have gotten everyone I know addicted to this recipe and only shared it with family until now! You will not be disappointed! We even have a little slice for breakfast. The flavors and moist dense cake-y texture just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups flour a/p
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 - 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts optional

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix egg sugar, oil and vanilla

Step 2in separate bowl stir with fork all dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder)

Step 3Add dry to wet ingredients

Step 4stir in zucchini then stir in chocolate chips (and walnuts if desired)

Step 5Spray metal 9X13inch pan with butter flavored PAM Bake 45 mins Tooth pick test when done will come out clean unless you hit chocolate :)
